The Charlestowne Area Civic League is a group of volunteers that promotes community pride and spirit by organizing community events, encouraging the sharing of information by publishing a newsletter and website, and beautifying the neighborhood by maintaining the seasonal plantings around our community signs. Civic League sponsored activities included:
- “Share the Light Night” with Santa parade.
- National Night Out
- Neighborhood Watch
- Neighborhood Newsletter
- Neighborhood Cleanup Days
- Neighborhood Picnic
- Lost Pet Advertisement
- Community Yard Sale
- Seasonal Plantings around community signs
These activities are made possible by the collection of annual dues every January. Dues are $20 per family per year.
